Important Information

We hope everyone is as excited as we are for this event on Sunday! Time has flown by so quickly. As you mull over your perfect coordinate for the event (like we are) we want to ensure you have all the vital information necessary to enjoy the event to its fullest.

Directions & Parking
We have posted detailed maps with directions to the event. Please take a look at them here: http://dollyhouserunway.blogspot.com/p/need-directions.html and print them out in case you get lost. Google maps are not detailed enough to get you to our actual event. Parking is available for $10 near the student center*, please take a look at the directions for information regarding where the parking structure is relative to the event.

*You will have  to pay for the parking at UCI unless you park across the street.  Please note that spaces across the street will fill up quickly.

Event Time, Seats, and Re-Entry
The event is from 2pm to 8pm. Attendees may line up an hour before the event but doors will open officially at 2pm. Since this is a general admission event, seats for general attendees & VIP's are first come first serve. While VIP's have a section of seats located closer to the stage, we advise VIP's to also get to the event on time to obtain your choice of seats. Every attendee will be given a wristband for re-entry purposes.

Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on-site for $15. We advise you to purchase tickets online in case they sell out on-site. Tickets purchased online from now until the event will not be mailed but we will have your information so please bring your ID for verification.

Photography / Video Filming
There will be video filming and photography on site to help publicize and capture the event. By attending, you are giving us consent to take photos/video to use for promotional purposes. Attendees are also allowed to take photography / video except for specific portions of the show which will be announced the day of the event.

Food
A catered menu is available online here: http://dollyhouserunway.blogspot.com/2013/02/dolly-house-final-food-menu.html. Food tickets will be sold for $5 a ticket and can be used to obtain a set plate from our food department. Outside food is not permitted.

Raffles
We will be raffling off prizes donated by our sponsors Baby, the Stars Shine Bright, PMX, and Maruq. Raffle tickets will cost $1 each and can be bought throughout the event until 7pm. We encourage you to buy as many as you would like as the prizes are highly coveted.

The raffle begins at 7:30pm and you must be present to win the prize. Only one prize will be given per raffle winner so if your ticket is pulled a second time, we will have to re-pull the ticket. We apologize for this inconvenience but we want to make this as fair as possible for all attendees.

Bring Cash
While some vendors will accept credit cards, most prefer cash. On-site registration, food tickets, beverage tickets, and raffle tickets will all be sold cash only. There are ATM's available on-site on the second floor of the student center in case you need cash but we're sure you'd like to keep your $2.50 fee (you can buy raffle tickets with that money you are saving!).

Wells Fargo, Bank of America, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union and Chase ATMs are located on the Student Center Terrace outside of the East Food Court. Walk-up branches for Wells Fargo Bank and SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union are located next to UCItems in G202.
